Everything started out well, however once our orders were taken everything went downhill. We were given the wrong drinks. Our food orders were not correct. Once our food arrived, the waitress never came back to our table. No refills on our drinks. We had to get our own to go boxes. We were not offered dessert. We love El Parral and always have excellent food and service. Our server JT always gives us excellent recommendations of new dishes to try and today, he met us at the door to tell us our favorite beer was back on tap! Thank you for always going above and beyond!
Better than the Eden location, but I love both
I do recommend this restaurant because the food is good but be sure to check your ticket for correct pricing. They are charging more than what the menu states. Cashier would not correct my ticket so I asked for the manager. He stated that the meat prices have increased due to COVID, which is fine but the prices on the menu have to reflect the increase! He said he would correct my ticket this time but next time I'd have to pay. I told him he better change his menu prices then! Check your tickets people!!
