RecommendedVery Professional office with a caring staff. They never try to upsell and they take excellent care of my dogs. Dr. Sargent was our original doctor there and then Dr. Sherman took over. Both have be phenomenal. Thanks for the great care! I always recommend them when people ask on neighborhood applications. (Nextdoor, FB Groups)
Very kind & understanding staff. I brought my dog in with a lot of concerns after leaving another vet months ago because of disagreement/ miscommunication. They did not try to sell me anything, but took care of current challenges- Ear infection, and glaucoma. They gave me a new prescription for eye drops that other vet didnt consider (They had given me pamplets for pet opthomologists & given up). Put drops in her ears, one time thing... Quick & painless!
Dr. Tim and his staff are just super kind and wonderful. It has been a very long time since i found a vet I feel comfortable taking my animals too. They euthanized my 16 year-old cat today and they were very kind and respectful. Thank you Dr. Tim and staff!
Dr. Sherman is by fare the best vet. I trust him with my pet. It was so hard to find someone that cares about your pet and you. I have had to put down one of my dogs. I had my two kids with me and the staff played with one of my kids so I could be in the room to say good by to my furry baby. I was so grateful for that. They truly are amazing.
I have lost 2 precious cats who I have always treated like my children in the past 6 months who passed from complications of old age. Both times I have received a sympathy card from El Norte Veterinary Clinic which just warms my heart. To have a staff for my sweet kids who treat them as if they are their own is priceless and being a nurse, I have a very high standard for my animals and their healthcare. I wouldn’t take my sweet animals anywhere else.
Love Dr.Sherman and his team! Honest vet who treats your animals as if they were his own. Highly recommend!
