My friend and I got an carry out order and meals were barely warm and they forgot his beans and didn't ask if I want my taco to be hard or soft. I was not happy with the service I got during the Corona virus pandemic at this restaurant.
Food was completely wrong and when I tried to get it corrected I was told it was my fault and there was not a manager there. I paid over 30 for just myself and didn't even eat one bite. Worst experience ever at an El Nopal location!!
The times are wrong as listed. Great food and a most attentive staff. Couldn't be happier with my experience.
My family loves El Nopal in general, but this El Nopal rocks! We are very familiar with the staff, the owner is super nice, and the food definitely does not disappoint.
Try the sizzling fajitas! Bring your appetite. EXCELLENT atmosphere and gracious staff. Better Mexican food than when I lived in south San Diego.
Service has always been good for me. They can be a bit expensive. But never had bad food. I eat here all the time and will go back. Still not a 5 star restaurant though.
9:24 pm...on the way home from work I stopped for a take out order. As I opened the second door the guy behind the desk looked down and said " damn it" I turned around and left.
Tried this place Sunday and ordered the fajita nachos. I now have food poisoning and have been sick for two days. I will never eat there again. Save yourself the pain and avoid it.
It's a shame no stars aren't a choice. Went in and they were semi busy with a dinner crowd. The waiter took a bit to get our drinks and we had to flag our waiter down to take our appetizer and food order. The food was OK at best tonight, (the one in Georgetown is way better) Chicken was rubbery and was sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time.
