When they inevitably bring you your order with mistakes, reconsider informing the staff as they'll become irate, audibly complaining, and grumpily "fix" said order... by providing a (somehow) worse quality dish, as well as missing the previously ordered sides. Oh, and if they do provide the "correct" dish to, say, your dinner mates, it may provide them with horrendous food poisoning, filling the rest of your evening with the sounds of their gut wrenching visits to the restroom.
The food was a 10/10 I loved it, the place was beautiful. My favorite was the “birria ramen” it was amazing
