La administración es muy buena y las señoras de la oficina demasiado amable. Mi experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria desde hace 2 meses que me mudé aquí. Leo muchos comentarios malos pero en lo que a mí respecta todo ha sido bueno no tengo ninguna queja al contrario me siento contenta de vivir con mis hijas en este lugar.
Horrible conditions. From day ONE there way cockroaches, and LOTS of them. We didn’t know where they were coming from until we moved the fridge to clean under it and lo and behold there is a huge HOLE in the bottom of the wall where the cockroaches are coming from and it was FULL with cockroach droppings. No matter how clean you are they always come back. Every time it rains the kitchen absolutely floods with water as the windows are not properly caulked. Worst place to live tbh our apartment had hold they kept denying it for months until i finally called the city on them their maintenance man confirmed it was mold terrible not only that they raise rent and judge the hell out of you on why you cant pay it they love to threaten that theyll throw you out when the reason yall cant pay rent is cause of them not only that the maintenance mans abuses animals kicking em and throwing em its not worth coming to live here plan on calling the city of irving again because of mold again b... read more
Very very very bad management, I filled out the application to move in here along with my car details, after 2 days they told me you’re approved, I just moved in and my car was towed last night bcz they didn’t put it in there system, I had to wait for more than 2 hours in the line to get my car back. And I also lost my wages of work. I think I made a huge mistake by moving here
Pretty bad apartments. From having an archaic A/C system, to multiple landlord specials (shoddy fixings, holes left in the walls during repairs, maintenance workers are extremely messy when they work and never clean up after themselves), the old guy who cleans the pool has kicked a duck that was just relaxing outside of the pool as well. The laundromats are not maintained well, half of them work half of the time, and you won’t know it til you’ve already tried em, by which then you’ve wasted money on it.
