Lived there in the 1990s It was awful. Perhaps things are better now. They couldn't be worse than they were back then. We were never late on rent and were very quiet people who never bothered anyone. Then out of the blue the manager at the time decided to evict us and falsely claimed I was harassing an unnamed resident.
