If I could give 0 stars I would. This was our second time renting from El Monte RV. Our first experience was excellent, which is why we came back. Unfortunately, this rental was the complete opposite. We reserved a Class A motorhome but were given a Class C at pickup because we were told the Class A refrigerator wasn’t cold. Ironically, the replacement RV’s refrigerator wasn’t cold either. It was also missing the door latch, so it repeatedly flew open while driving. Worst experience ever. We explain the many things that went wrong with the RV that we rented and we didn’t even get a sorry that happened. The steps into the RV were lose and both of my boys fell on them and hurt their legs and back. I also fell on the them and hurt myself mostly my tailbone and back. So many things to name.
Bij El Monte Las Vegas was het ophalen en inleveren van de RV heel goed geregeld. Koffie/thee op de koele verhuurlocatie. De instructies waren top, schone camper, keukenspullen en lakenpakket. Na de instructie krijg je alle tijd om je spullen in de camper op te ruimen voordat je gaat rijden. De camper had een slide-out terwijl die niet besteld was, heel fijne extra. Alle verzekeringen bleken al afgesloten bij boeking bij CamperDays als ook de drop en go waarbij we alleen de sleutel hoefde in te leveren, top! Wat restant spul... read more
