Overall, we had a very positive experience with El Monte RV and really enjoyed our trip. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, and the young man who assisted us was particularly kind and courteous. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is mainly due to two aspects. First, when we had a flat tire during our trip, the roadside assistance was unfortunately not as efficient as we expected. We had to wait a long time and eventually arrange the repair ourselves. Ich hatte mit meiner Familie ein Wohnmobil für drei Wochen für eine Rundfahrt von Las Vegas aus gebucht, und kann Positives berichten. Wir bekamen ein größeres Wohnmobil als wir bestellt hatten, mit slide outs, was unseren Aufenthalt im Wohnmobil deutlich komfortabler gemacht hat. The pickup process was smooth, efficient, and wonderfully handled. As for the motorhome itself, it completely blew us away—everything felt brand new and was kept in immaculate, pristine condition.
