I would urge you not to rent from the Sterling, VA El Monte office. We just returned from a week RV trip and when we complained about the RV unit being too old (5 years) with worn seats and other issues (have pics to prove this), Bill (the El Monte rep) expressed very little interest in trying to help and essentially tried to finish the paperwork because another customer was coming in to pick-up a rental).
