We were looking at a used Nissan Altima, the salesperson was trying really hard to help me to get an idea card. But the overall experience wasn't pleasuring, 1. the guy was too pushy and making me and my gf uncomfortable.

This was a great experience. They responded quickly. We were able to make a great deal and our Nissan was delivered as agreed upon. We did the entire deal without going to dealership due to the distance. Thank you Ross Nissan for making this deal happen.
it was a long and stressful process to complete the transaction. First, Art the person I contacted did not have the paperwork ready even though they already had all my information, second, it was my third visit to the dealer. Dealer charged me for door guards that were not instaled in the car. I had to wait 21/2 hours to change the paperwork. I arrived at 3:15pm and left dealer till 8:20pm untill they change the docs in the finance department. Not a pleasent experience.
Quick to reply, and notify me the car was already sold.
Made an appointment to see vehicle when i gotbtherevwas told it had been sold.
Decided against this car but Art was very helpful.
Responded quickly and politely to out of state requests for my interests in a 2015 GTR Black Edition.
