Very organized professional and very informative
Expect to wait forever while the desk reps talk to everyone about their personal lives and bs. Make sure you doctors notes dates and names are correct because it's January 2026 and they wanna give me a note with someone else's name on it for August 2025 like how outdated could you possibly be. No responsibility taken for their negligence and no apologies given for almost putting your job at risk with a fake note.
