Quiet well maintained.
Absolutely excellent year here! The on-site landlord and on-site maintenance guys are incredibly responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Our apartment has never had any mold issues, the lighting is more than adequate during the day, complex neighbors are very quiet and the few complaints I've had with neighbors or the property were dealt with quickly and without hassle.
