Went for lunch. Only one other table of guys who looked like they had already eaten their lunch. Placed order of bisteak with tostones. Took about 20 min to get food that tasted like it had been reheated (the meat) ends were hard meat was very dry and had no flavor. But the tostones were fresh. Waitress ignored us the complete time we were there and I had to chase her down for my food and drinks. And ended paying $13 for that.
