I only give it a one star... for El Mirador Imaging Center since their billing department is really bad. The insurance says I don't owe a $1599 bill due to 'no surprise billing act' and they still show I owe it. I've tried to send the evidence/facts from insurance company to them 3 times.. They NEVER correct it... and now they have turned me over to COLLECTIONS. I have needed imaging since then, AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. The girl in the building told me they have a bad reputation for billing.
