Wow been there 3 years an Yolanda lcnm was rude an obnoxious an always liked to argue just the the CEO. Loui!!! no wonder no one lasts my advice to anyone looking for work ITS NOT A GOOD PLACE!!! Of employment very disrespectful supervisors especially CEO. My client passed away an didn't have the courtesy to call his mom. An still had me going to his home an he's passed omg really. Looks like bbb will envestigate
Don't let this company care for your loved ones. The caregivers don't show up or no one shows up in place of caregiver. They scold the clients about cooking and cleaning for clients. Unprofessional all the way around.... Unbelievable If you don't like what your job duties are you have no business being a caregiver.
Rosemary and El Mirador are very helpful, kind, and very caring organization. Their caregivers took care of my uncle and aunt. When ever they need any assistance Rosemary would go above and beyond to help my family. Now I am sick and disabled and I am using El Mirador beacuse of thier thoughtfulness and kindness they have shown in the past towards my family. I love Rosemary and El Mirador.
They respond always. Assist on any issues. Helpful on problems when phone does not have signal when needed, for example. Care giver is verywell trained.. Rosemary and Doreen are always willing to assist. Thanks for this team!!!!
