Was considering using this agency but due to a very disappointing experience will no longer do so. They were unresponsive and provided very contradicting information when pressed.I wish I had seen these reviews and rating prior to wasting my time.
The configurations and delegation in the company function is horrendous. Both Rebecca and Louis spoke at me vs to me in phone conversations. The efforts in resolving as issue lead to accusations and frustration. They aren’t professional and their sympathy levels are deteriorated. The caregiver was not paid from the months of December-February, while the blaming was on the clock in and out as well as the insurance company no resolution was reached. ⚠️ BEWARE: During my employment, I experienced multiple instances over a 4-month period where I worked hours and was not paid. Pay discrepancies were not resolved internally, and I had to file a complaint with the state to recover unpaid wages. I am currently in the process of doing so again for additional unpaid hours. Shortly after raising these concerns, I was let go. They also do not offer raises. I have since moved to a company that properly compensates employees. Consider this before applying!! 🚩 🚩
Ronald agsts needs to have disciplinary actions he walked into my house as I was playing my tv And told me to turn down in my own home, which I didn't appreciate number two patted me on my back while he was leaving my home which I could have took it as an assault...........and yea I didn't appreciate him touching me.Being that he had no business with me.In general in this appointment.
