We've had to change caretakers several times, because of lack of professionalism and proper care of our mother. When we complain to supervisors, they don't seem to take it seriously. Many of the workers also don't seem to take their work seriously and spend time on the phone or just sitting around, rather than doing what their supposed to.
This company at one time was responsive and caring toward it's customer/clients. Sadly that is no longer the case. Telephone calls and voicemails are frequently NOT responded to for days @ a time on both office main line and cell phone. They do not have an emergency pool of helpers when my assigned helper calls out for personal or illness reasons.
