There is a new lady there and has been very rude and unprofessional with clients. She is very controlling and has no regard to Client's Heppa rights as she thinks that she can control the clients..she demands alot out of the disabled clients and goes in their homes going throught their personal belongings. Which she has no right to do. I highly recommend not to take any clients here.
I have been with El Mirador in LVNM since 2015. The caregivers are very friendly and always have a positive attitude. The supervisors are also just as nice, they always answer my questions in a professional and timely manner.
I have been an employee at El Mirador in Las Vegas for around 8 years. I really like my job and my supervisors are awesome they are always willing to help with anything I may need. This company really cares about their employees and their clients.
The girls at El Mirador are wonderful. I wouldn't want to be with any other company. Anytime I have a need they are always right there! The director, Mr. Louie Perea is very friendly and easy going I felt very comfortable discussing all of my needs with him. I also absolutely love the supervisors Anna and Natasha (:
