Our favorite Mexican restaurant! Fresh, authentic and delicious! Tasty margaritas with lots of flavor options. Best chips and guacamole. Several veggie options for people (like me) who don’t eat meat. It’s definitely not a meat- and cheese-heavy Tex Mex place. Staff is friendly, efficient and quick to offer suggestions.
When I went to this restaurant I had no idea it is actually Javi's Taco's expanding to Javi's Cantina. Name change in process. If you are not familiar, do yourself a favor and go! Good was amazing & there is is, in the photo 🤩
Great food! Enormous portions! Our waitress was delightful! The staff speak Spanish very well, and described in detail what one of our friend's ordered. The margaritas were yummy! We ordered the pollo quesadilla.. we could have split the order but the upside was that we had leftovers! Beans, salsa and chips kept coming out ! Not super spicy -- generous portions ! They are doing a name change to Juan's Cantina-- so watch for that in the future in the same location!
Man, when you hit a Mexican restaurant and the salsa doesn't win, it is so disappointing. The queso redeemed our apps and margs experience we were going for, but not by a ton. The margarita was definitely housemade which was great! Everything else about the experience was just okay.
