I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should know about my experience. After dining at El Mexicano Grill in Waxahachie, I accidentally left my wallet on the table after paying. I realized it about 10 minutes later and immediately called the restaurant. I clearly remembered leaving it on the table before we walked out. Food is fine but if you are too lazy to put paper towels and toilet paper in their holders, what else are you being lazy with? Food prep and cleanliness???
Great margs, good daily specials, workers are very nice. The regulars are cool as well. Our fav so far.
We eat dinner at El Mexicano Grill frequently. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service if excellent. The servers are quick to take orders and get food and drink to you, and they often remember our orders since we come in often. It’s a very laid-back, “everyone welcome” environment.
Tortas was good. Pass on the tacos, lacked flavor. Green chile had good flavor but very greasy. Definitely could do without the blaring of rock music.
