It have bed bugs in building 2, 5, 6, 🐜<ant's and the company is not in Sacramento they are in Stockton CA, the company is looking for people who have a lot of money to come to here
The staff here are great! Ashley was always available to answer any of my questions. She was very patient with me during the process and thanks to her I signed my first lease! 10/10 service 10/10 staff
Lived there for 7 years too long. I went through 2 owners and more than I can count on management and I would never recommend this complex to anyone. They allow other residents to harass you. I went through it for 4 years
These apartments are horrible now. It was at one point very well kept up, the manager was on top of getting stuff fixed. Now it’s under a new manager and maintenance that don’t care about nothing. I have had so many water leaks, that has damaged my carpet and was promised new carpet. Now they don’t feel like it’s bad enough. Where does that even make sense, water damaged and mold is serious. The manager now Dawn is a horrible person. They don’t fix anything.
