Manager is responsive to tenants and always looking to improve the living experience.
Lived here for years never had issues, office managers are always nice and easy going, it may not be the fanciest place but its comfortable.
It have bed bugs in building 2, 5, 6, 🐜<ant's and the company is not in Sacramento they are in Stockton CA, the company is looking for people who have a lot of money to come to here
The staff here are great! Ashley was always available to answer any of my questions. She was very patient with me during the process and thanks to her I signed my first lease! 10/10 service 10/10 staff
Lived there for 7 years too long. I went through 2 owners and more than I can count on management and I would never recommend this complex to anyone. They allow other residents to harass you. I went through it for 4 years
