I toured this apartment complex, the community looks calm and clean. Ashley was so kind and helpful she answered all of my questions and made the process easy. I also like that it's close to my school, which makes it a very convenient place to live.
This place is great. I was a bit skeptical at first however once I moved in I was comfortable. It is very calm and apartments are super clean. Didn't see any signs of bugs or mold. They had the apartment nicely fixed up by the time I moved in. Front office lady is helpful and kind. Haven't had an issue at all here.
I've lived here for over 6 years, never had an issue with neighbors or staff. Management does a great job with keeping up with the apartments, the place is looking great with the new color outside. My unit has never had any pests problems as other people seem to say but of couse if others maintain their place clean we won't have pests issues. Do not live here. Roach infested. The pool is always “broken” and people steal clothes out of the dryers. The maintenance takes forever to fix anything. And the office manager can never answer a question directly.
Right now, my experience in residing in this appartment is very bad, street dwellers are sleeping, keeping their recycling materials inside the parking area just besides my car. Management cannot control the situation when the case is reported to them giving me a hard yelling from the street dweller. Day and night, street dweller is seen inside but no action is taken. I am now parking my car away to avoid any problem. I hope I can transfer to a better living place soon
