I have been going to El Mariachi's for over 15 years. I truly enjoy their food
I would’ve loved to leave an actual review but I didn’t even get a chance to taste the food lol. I came in and got a table outside, someone handed me a menu with chips and dip and asked if I knew what I wanted to drink but I hadn’t decided yet. After 30 minutes, no one came back to take my order so I left. I should’ve left after 15 minutes. Good chips and dip though.
Used to be our favorites place but has gone down hill. No chips on to go orders even though I still tipped 18% and paid the same as dine in. To go customers should be treated the same as dine in. Also found plastic in the food, called after I found it and would not offer a credit. No manager to talk to.
