Visiting from Frisco -Dallas area. Chef Johnny has created an amazing dining atmosphere! The outdoor patio is so relaxing with the spray fans & gorgeous hanging lanterns. The food...."delicious" doesn't even describe it! The appetizers were scrumptious! We also got the meat sampler & the ref snapper. Place was OK. Nice outside patio with music playing. Food was over priced...chicken and ribs were dry and crispy. Was hoping this place would have been great , but unfortunately it was not.
Everyone must come and experience another one of Johnny Hernandez treats to the people of San Antonio. The food was absolutely delicious, finger licking good. I brought my Dad for his birthday, he loves cabrito. He said it was one of the best he has ever had, and highly recommends it to anyone who enjoys cabrito. I have had 3 meals here. All were exceptional, and cannot wait to return!
Nice atmosphere, same food as la Gloria, which is just ok, but at a 10-15 dollar range. Much better places in San Antonio. Now, for a beer and to hang around its good. Don't get the chips. Consistently stale. Stick with the beer.
