I stopped there to get a Cuban Sandwich as take out. The service was great by the staff but the sandwich was not. It had about 6 pieces of pickle and more than enough cheese and barely had ham or pork. The price was too high for this sandwich and the product given to me.
Margarita was fabulous. Queso fundido uses processed cheese. Rest of the meal was bland. And their version of hotter salsa isn’t.
RecommendedIm sorry for the long overdue review. I’ve been coming here for several years and the food has always been awesome. Tonight was no exception, tried the tamale for the first time and it was the best I’ve ever had. Service has been hit or miss in the past but tonight Shanteze was awesome.
First time here and the food was absolutely amazing at a reasonable price will definitely be back

I really love "TACO TUESDAY".
Can always count on a good dinner at El Leoncito! Their black bean soup is one of our favorites. I like that you can get the salsa in mild or hot. We get both, hubby takes hot & I can mix a little in my mild to spice it to my liking.
Great food! Beautiful interior. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere .Always asked if everything was ok. they have dishes without cilantro!
Placed a to go order, sopapillas were ordered to be plain, they were not, black beans to go with the ropa vieja were not with the order, and corn tortillas were specifically ordered in place of flour and we received flour. I can’t eat the chips with queso, which is why the sopapillas being plain was so important. Sadly I have dined in before and things were fine, to go order not so much.
