I purchased a gift card in 2024 and I tried to use it in 2025. I tried to reach out via text and email and 7 months later no one has reached out to me. Very poor customer service.
Awesome spot, professional people, fair price!
I have come to El Leon Spa several times and my last visit was more than likely my last. My swedish massage was not relaxing. It felt more Thai than Swedish. The masseuse was aggressive even for things like putting the sheet over me. The masseuse pulled my braids twice and bumped into my head a couple of times. When she flipped me over she asked how I felt and I said "okay", she responded by asking me a bunch of questions about my prior massage experiences. It felt like she was questioning me.
