A delicious blend of Mexico City classics and the all-natural organic bounty of the Bay Area, El Huarache Loco serves up San Francisco's best Mexican street food. El Huarache Loco was founded in 2005 by Veronica Salazar, a Mexico City native. Veronica grew up around food, both in her home and in the restaurant that her family owned in La Raza, Mexico City. It was there that she grew up, like her daughter and son now, in the kitchen, running between pots, pans and the smells of food.

This is one delicious spot when the farmer's market is open and you don't mind finger food without anyplace comfortable to eat it, or if you live nearby and want take-out. I always look forward to it!
