Try the Plantains! – I have been here twice. The first time was for dinner, and the shrimp dish I had was lovely...with this creamy, spicy sauce I adored. My friend had pork tacos. I tried those, and they were very well spiced. The sangrias were yummy, and for dessert we had fried plantains. Unlike anything I'd had before, and DELICIOUS. Then, I went back for breakfast. Overcooked eggs on both of our dishes. At least they gave us chips and salsa with breakfast. I will be back for the plantains, oh yes. I will probably be back for dinner in general, but not breakfast.

Pretty interesting It's not your typical taqueria, focusing more on traditional indigenous foods and preparation. The huarache, which the restaurant is named after, come in plenty of varieties and the two I was able to sample were great. The pork was great, the hominy was good, it was just the broth that was too mild for me. I ordered the chilaquiles. They were spicy, the tortilla was still crispy, and the sauce was nice and thick. I would go back and try some more items on the menu.
