Yeah i don’t know who rated this 5 stars but this management company is horrible. They don’t maintain NONE of their properties. The workers are lazy and unprofessional. Take months to get anything fix or done. Buildings are nice when they open and then eventually get run down due to the poor choice selection of residents.
Mr. Troy raises the bar for real estate salespeople in New York. His knowledge, persistence & skill, are unmatched. The way in which he made himself available to me anytime day or night throughout the experience was greatly appreciated. My only regret is I wish I had found him sooner. Mr. Troy makes everything appear seamless, is always preparing, and remains steps ahead of every facet of the process which I greatly understood and appreciated.
