At this point I have been working on try8ng to get in touch with Ethan for 360 days now. There is a warranty issue with a windows he replaced and he simply will not call or text back. September 4th 2023 was the last time he spoke with me asking for pictured and he will not respond. Now I am looking at winter co I g and likely going to have to pay someone else to replace my windows again as it's filling with water. He never showed up at the time he chose he would and doesn’t respond to calls or texts.
Ethan is awesome! He responds quickly and does great work. Highly recommend!
