Went in today for lunch, was the first time we had been in ages. The food was okay, but the dining areas were disgusting. I'm talking absolutely filthy. This establishment is in dire need of a major cleaning.
Went on for dinner last night. The food was awful!! Flour tortillas were thick, hard, and tasted like cardboard. The queso was cold. The beans were runny. Overall just crappie food... Won't go back!
I went yesterday when it was cold and wet in Denton. The tortilla soup was the perfect accent to my day. This place is great.
Normally I love this place. My husband and I used to always come here. But tonight has been the worst service ever. We sat in the cantina (which we normally do) but our server didn't pay any attention to us. We asked for queso didn't get it until 20 minutes later when we had to reask.. Forgot our drink Order in literally a minute. All in all the service alone makes me not want to come back. Which is sad cause we've been coming here for about 4 years together. Sorry El guapos you used to be good..
This is the closest place to hell..dirty, place needs a makeover, walls windows dirty,restrooms ugly,food disgusting. Even my 3 mon baby started crying..please don't waste your time and money!!!! It's not even Mexican food..looks like the cooks are white..taking the food to my dog, hopefully she won't die.
Hands down the best ribs I have EVER HAD. I know what you are thinking, ribs at a Mexican restaurant? But trust me, they are amazing. My family has lived all over the country and they've tried every type of ribs, and every single one that I had try them has been crazy about them. We moved to the other side of the metroplex and still make trips up just to get them! They are so tender they fall off the rib. Definitely a unique find.
