The chicken is gray. The. Chicken. Is. Gray. The tamales are dry and small. The rice is dry. I have no idea why this truck has a line ever, but the food is awful. The main guy yells at his female staff and reprimands them very loudly and unprofessionally.
This was amazing, great tacos
TLDR: horrible service, horrible food, one of the worst food truck experiences I’ve ever had. This experience was during the Federal Way Downtown station opening. Genuinely could not wait to throw the food away so I didn’t take a picture. We ordered a 3 taco with beans and rice combo and two tamales combo with beans and rice. It took almost 40 minutes for the food to come out. They forgot our drinks. The wait was excessive and Eduardo who showed up late to help was especially rude. The food was ok but not great, lacking flavor. Overall, I watched as the other two food trucks in the area served their customers quickly and as I sat there waiting for my husband to return with our order I had wished we had chosen one of the other trucks.
