Excited that it is under reconstruction after Hurricane Micheal destruction of Oct 2018!! Continuing to follow progress of re-build with much anticipation! The wonderfully resilient community of Mexico Beach FL continues to need support as they struggle to re-build this beautiful beach town at the 1 year mark since it was destroyed by Hurricane Michael 😊👍
For decades this has been a family retreat. I am waiting with baited breath for the reopening. I want to do anything I can to feed the MB economy. God Bless them all.
My daughter & I stayed at the El Governor in March 2013. Then in June 2013 I met the love of my life & were married right in front of the El Governor Motel on Mexico Beach on December 30, 2013. We love Mexico Beach & the El Governor. My Aunt Frona & Uncle Joe Felicia stayed in the El Governor campground for a while. This little beach town is so beautiful and our prayers continue for the rebuilding of it. Stay Strong!!
