I'm so happy to have El Gordito in town. The food is always great, everyone is very friendly, and they've really done a great job with the remodel inside! Their hot sauce is just perfection too. This is always my first choice when I go out.
I FINALLY got the chance to go back after they reopened in Crookston!! So happy they have birria plates served daily! And they have a salsa station which is new, and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Amazing food, and staff! I wish I could give them 20 stars!
