Review for El Fortin Restaurant (Fullerton, CA) I had a terrible experience here. Roughly around 8 PM today I ordered the mole negro plate and not only was it poorly prepared, but it made me physically sick—I ended up vomiting afterward. I couldn’t even finish my drink or the mole plate because the food was just that unappetizing.
