I was disappointed with the service at first. I paid $49.95 for the extra service on interior dash/center console as well as the regular wash. (Pictures in comments) When I pulled away and realized my side mirrors were never wiped down, and dash was still very dusty I called and was told to bring it back and they would fix the problem, which they did. So I will be returning :)
Been comming here for years. They have definitely been slacking off. Someone is very lazy wiping down the interior. They leave water dripping on the outside and I have a black car. I like comming here cuz it's all hand wash. But the prices go up, and the work gets more sloppy. Please hire people who take pride in a job well done. At least supervise a little closer!
I've been a loyal customer for the past 10 years but after today, I will not be back! I got the headlight restoration service, which ended up scratching my brand new front bumper that I got recently installed on my car. I got the gold package wash service as well and they didn't do a great job cleaning my car. It still had bird poop on different spots. Their prices keep on going up but unfortunately their services keep on getting worse. It's sad to see how this business has become!
Scratched my drivers side mirror and was told I could not prove they did it. Very bad business. Rethink your decision here.
