Best apartments ever in Yuma , AZ . Very professional staff, maintenance is up to date. Very clean and safe. Loved the two years I lived over there , if I ever go back to work in Yuma. El Encanto will be the only choice.

Bathroom incuding faucet and the tub were not cleaned after the previous usage . The blinds were not sliding properly. Inside the closet , the walls were chipped. The oven was not cleaned well. The balcony of the apartment were not cleaned at all.
