Candie was great excited for our new apartment at El Encanto
Thin walls, loud neighbors, outdated, roaches, all sorts of constant utility problems. Nothing was cleaned prior to move in and there was a foul odor of paint for the first week that made me wanna move out immediately. For the price it’s way too small and outdated but if you got nowhere else to go this place is easy to move into, not much of a background check and applying is easy.
They don’t have 24/7 security, haven’t seen one in months. The police comes over more than the security
