I made the appointment for my bf. I messaged the salon and had confirmed “put me down tomorrow at 5 my name is Justin “ they replied okay. I assume the okay meant an appointment confirmed. My bf arrives at the shop at 5 to a locked door?!?
This people do a very good job
Very standoffish and poor communication with customers. If you know you're going to close or don't have time, why tell a customer to come? Please improve on your customer service skills.
