I am very happy with Dr. Chio and the service she provides.
Wasted my time. I had a shoulder dislocation and the doctor said he won't order an MRI until he knows they're going to do surgery. They don't even have an MRI machine. I went back to the VA, they ordered up an MRI immediately. I was luckily referred to a different orthopedic surgeon after the MRI.
Shocked at the lack of COVID-19 awareness. Staff, including Dr. do not wear masks or gloves. No requirement for patients to wear masks, no screening prior to appt and waiting room has no social distancing guidelines. My 89 year old mother has been quarantined since March and all that preparedness was thrown out the window the minute we entered 1580 Creekside Drive. Will not return.
