RecommendedI would like the El Dorado News Times to run an editorial asking why the El Dorado City Council does not support funding Union County Animal Protection Society. UCAPS takes in our inner city feral cats on a regular basis, vaccinates, spays/neuters, provides vet care and adoptions. UCAPS only gets $10,000 from the county/year. This barely runs the shelter one month.
