After having stopped in to check out a car, I'm not very impressed with this operation. The lady who was working that day didn't seem knowledgeable at all as to what vehicles were on the lot, let alone the one we took for a test drive. We asked her about the fuel economy on it, and after a brief look up on her computer, she lied to us about the MPG estimates (quoted 30 MPG combined vs. 19 MPG combined that I looked up later).
