3rd time around This is our third purchase from this location and the service levels are better than any of the other local dealerships. That is why we keep coming back! Carl Lucas was professional and courteous. He let us make the decision, but would offer suggestions or recommendations. He knew all about the vehicle, but didn't rattle on and on about everything.
