I hope never to have to go to El Dorado Mazda again! In June, we decided to purchase the CX5 we had leased the past 3 years thru them. Anticipating that we were going to turn around and resell the car, we had service completed including a full inspection the day before. We received a video of the entire inspection as part of the service. When we attempted to payoff the residual, the manager said we also had to pay $1000 for an inspection.
