Great experience on Cinco de Mayo! We just ordered takeout for some teammates and I and food was plenty and ready in 15 minutes. They always give you extra chips and salsa.
The food and service were great and the dining room had a fun, festive atmosphere. It was only when i went to use the restroom that i was disappointed. To get to the restroom you have to walk through a very neglected room that could use some serious attention. The restroom had for lack of a better way to describe it a pothole in the middle of the floor, the room was badly in need of a good scrub and a paint job, cleaning supplies were left laying around, etc. It really detraced from the otherwise very positive experience.
Great place to eat!
Tried this restaurant for the 1st time ever. Placed a pick up order and was really disappointed with the portion and taste. I expected to get better quality, considering it's a private owned restaurant. Ordered carne asada burrito and carne asada tacos, spent around $27 for both. I would spent my money elsewhere, chipotle is much better.
Was greeted at the door by a waitress who was board silly. The totality of her greeting was "Two?" She then grabbed two menus and utensils and plopped them on a table. She turned her back to us and walked away. The waiter we had was better but even below average would be better. Food is okay and prices are about right for okay food. Atmosphere was great and we held out such hope but nothing about the place we telling us to come back. And since there are much better places around, we see no reason to return.
