We purchased a 2017 Chevrolet from salesman Al Wagner, excellent customer service & finance department. Would definitely recommend El Dorado to friends & family. They have a large inventory to choose from as well.
Worst dealership in the state of Texas. Refused to honor included service that expired 2 days ago even though it was a holiday weekend. Have had problems in the past with service dept. Dealership is fine but service dept sucks. Would never recommend anyone come here for any kind of service.
Had a great buying experience with El Dorado. Jonathan Clayton is the best! But the 2 times I've dealt with service dept hasn't been nearly as pleasant. This time the service dept called me to schedule one of my free oil changes, made an appointment and showed up and I wasn't on the schedule. Then I was told I was past my mileage and would not receive a free one. Which was fine, except the girl who called should ask about the mileage before scheduling a free oil change.
