My wife and I went this past weekend and David Martinez was our salesman. He helped us find a traverse that my wife liked . He was kind and very professional . It was a pleasure to deal with him. The dealership was extremely friendly . Also enjoyed dealing with Hatham in the finance dept. thanks guys
This was your stereotypical car dealership transaction. Over committing and under delivering. Be very careful during your transaction with what you sign. I was asked to sign an incorrect closing statement. After explaining to the salesperson multiple times about the errors, he “located” another closing statement with the correct figures. The dealer also set the expectation that the agreed upon additional work would be completed the same day, while we completed the paperwork.
