They won’t let you in with a service animal, they will find another way to deny you. The best way to get one in is to not tell them about it and show up with it at move in. Also with emotional support animals just make sure you have the paperwork.
I can't put into words what this did for my life here. The people and the staff here are completely genuine. You're surrounded by a group of people who just want to be better human beings. The rules are strict (as they should be) and it kept me accountable for myself. Working in recovery myself I see the lengths that they had to go to in their lives to keep us safe. (Please see update at bottom) Other users have noted a quality sober fellowship at SAL. While this is entirely true, it is a merit of the residents at least as much as the property. SAL is a fair price for the stay with acceptable and expected rules and regulations - largely what you pay for in sober-living.
