Sad... been coming here for years simply for the great service. Time to look else where.
Walked in, was told I needed a reservation. Fine, I made one online and walked back in 30 mins later and still was told to wait at the lounge. After 30 mins, we ate an appetizer the at lounge and after no answer, we decided to leave. Then hostess/waitress asks us if we wanted to sit at the bar and before we could answer, she said “Let me know”. come here often, love the food and service. today we were turned away because instead of a mask on my face (my 2 masks are in the washing machine currently), I used a blanket from my car to cover my face. apparently this is unacceptable for the 10 SECOND WALK from the front door to our table. I wont be returning.
This place sucks. They are hostile to patrons. If you post a review criticizing them for bad service , they turn around and try to slam you and make you look bad. Not what restaurant should be about. It should be centered around a customer. Pure arrogance
Our server Josh gave me the best drink recommendation, Penicillin! The filet and Brussel spouts were delicious!!!!
The best service and the food and drinks are amazing. Chef is an artist in the kitchen. If you haven’t tried one of their sit down dinner pairings, you need to sign up for the next one...i mean once things open up again. They are phenomenal. Bar staff is amazing they make cocktails the way they should be. Love this place.
