Friendly, knowledgeable staff were genuinely so helpful. I came in to repair a bracelet as well as adjust some necklaces so they stacked well. This included shortening a chain and placing the necklaces onto one combined clasp, which should both feel easier and lay better. The stack looks great now, I’ve room to add more, and everything is well secured with solder. I wanted shorten a gold necklace and use the extra piece to make a bracelet. They were able to finish in less than a week, the service was reasonably priced, and my pieces were polished and looked brand new. They also had great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Such friendly people! They did great work resizing and putting new clasps on my grandmother’s gold bracelets. They also resized my husband’s wedding band with very quick turnaround time. Highly recommend this jeweler!
