Not the best for resolving maintenance issues or for property cleanliness but okay for price and location. Good temp housing if just moving to the area.
Since the new management took over midway through my lease, this property has gone downhill fast. Communication is nearly impossible—you can’t speak directly with management, and getting any kind of response feels like a battle. The front gate is constantly broken and stays that way for long periods, which makes the complex feel unsafe. Stephanie is extremely rude!! When conducting business with contractors she is disrespectful and rude! She belittles workers who she believes are below her!! On the phone she sounded under the influence!
It wasn't meant to be ! The apartment that we viewed and liked was rented this afternoon. We procrastinated and paid the price. Even though we couldn't rent at El Diablo, Gloria was amazing in her responsiveness to my questions about the apartment. I always got an answer within 5 mins. The unit was clean and well maintained and the grounds were park-like with beautiful flowers everywhere. Walking to the laundry room was a pleasure with the flowers in full bloom. Perhaps, next time !
