A decent hole in the wall place. Food was delicious!
I have never ate at EL Costeno, and I never will; here's why: I was almost hit by the delivery driver because he made an illegal turn . After he pulled up next me to flip me off, I called the restaurant to explain the negative representation of business they have driving around town. The man on the phone let me know that unless I was the police, he didn't care and hung up on me. I hope their food is better than their customer service, but I can assure you, I will never know.
Placed order online after I called and didnt amswer. Just to call again to hear them say they where close.
