Terrible experience I had a terrible experience here I had no hot water for months and no action was taking to fix the issue Issue was still not resolved along with other complaints I had that was against CODE When I broke my lease to move out because of these unsanitary issues I did not receive my deposit back El Cortez did not hold up their end of the lease Very bad situation
RUN AWAY This place is terrible. One of the buildings' roofs is falling in. The buildings are covered in bugs. You can't get anyone in the office to help you. The maintenance person lets himself into your home without warning, to play in your things. It's miserable here. Run away.
