Usually you either get affordable or well maintained, but here you get both. It’s clean, reasonably priced, and quiet. Maintenance is quick and hassle-free and always on-site. Great starter apartment as well, their credit booster is very helpful! Would recommend!

I've been a faithful resident since Melrose 3130 was El Cortez in 2021. I've seen many different management companies come through what it is, an old building from the 1960's (estimate) and ever since Barron Property Management took over their managers were unprofessional. They terminated my lease due to unauthorized occupants being in the unit, in previous situations previous management have assisted me in the situations. Update 5/12/26 I upgraded my review by one star out of a fairness to the current office team. The new manager, Nathan, is much more responsive. He comes across as more genuine. The leasing agent is also friendly every time I interact with him. ——————————————— HVAC SYSTEM ONLY PROVIDES AC or HEAT SEASONALLY. NO OPTIONAL VENTILATION FAN. NO VENTILATION.
