I love living here (2025). New management fixes any requests within 48 hours. You can tell they are putting money into keeping the interior clean. Easy parking, some covered!!! Walking distance to Sprouts! Nearby Encanto park. Prime location - quick Uber to Melrose or Downtown!!! The most affordable rent in this area. Awesome swimming pool. In my opinion, the new management is better than the last. They try to keep the property clean and offer more events for residents. For the price and the fact that it includes electric and wifi is why my husband and I decided to lease here. I recommend checking it out.
I've been here for a year, absolutely enjoy it. Staff is super friendly and very helpful! The pool is always beautiful and clean.
