Update 5/12/26 I upgraded my review by one star out of a fairness to the current office team. The new manager, Nathan, is much more responsive. He comes across as more genuine. Nathan has amazing Customer service! It was a blast speaking to them!
Beyond gross. A slum. Ciara Powell, the "manager" threatened me with a lawsuit when I tried to address the serious biohazard issues with this property. I would say more, but I am probably going to sue this slum. Shameful. Just saw that another resident was not returned a security deposit because of floor damage 😂. See for yourself how the hallway is maintained. A very serious tripping hazard for disabled people. Documentary forthcoming.
My Amazon packages keep getting stolen when I'm not home. When the packages are left at the door instead of the hub the other residents are STEALING MY PACKAGES. I CAN'T USE AMAZON ANYMORE.
