Absolutely terrible experience. I moved out 2.5 months back, and they still have not returned my security deposit. I have called them 20+ times and emailed them 5+ times, yet I continue to be completely ignored. Extremely unprofessional management and unacceptable business practices. Beware before handing over any money to them.
I lived here for several years, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The biggest issue is management. They frequently make promises they do not keep, are slow to respond to concerns or MIA, and can be dismissive when residents raise legitimate issues. Amenities are poorly maintained. Laundry machines are often out of service despite increased laundry costs, gym equipment is frequently broken, dumbbells missing and not replaced, and the sauna was removed without meaningful improvements to the fitness center.
