I lived here for several years, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The biggest issue is management. They frequently make promises they do not keep, are slow to respond to concerns or MIA, and can be dismissive when residents raise legitimate issues. Amenities are poorly maintained. Laundry machines are often out of service despite increased laundry costs, gym equipment is frequently broken, dumbbells missing and not replaced, and the sauna was removed without meaningful improvements to the fitness center. Sounds like this complex needs to be shut down. Start a suit against the company for unfair practices and inhumane living
They have the worst management team. Not helpful at all. The whole process working with them was horrific. It was like pulling teeth. When we applied, we constantly had to follow up with them to get anything done and when we retracted our application, one of the property managers named John threatened to potentially not pay back our holding fee. Now, even though we chose not to live there, Im getting emails from debt collectors. Definitely dodged a bullet not living there. Wish I could leave a lower rating.
I have lived here 8 months and have had to call maintenance 18 times for plumbing issues in my building. I have gone to the property management twice and they have dismissed me both times. The plumbing issues have made my life miserable. I’ve had to search for available bathrooms in the middle of the night due to my toilet not working. Truly horrible management and would not recommend living here no matter how nice the exterior of the apartments may seem.
