Wish I had read the reviews before I moved here back in December.
We’re really enjoying life at El Cordova Fountain. It’s such a pleasure to walk around the property, surrounded by beautiful flowers and birdsong. The common areas are wonderful—we especially enjoy the gym and the jacuzzi. We also love that it’s pet-friendly. Our cat is having a great time exploring and watching dogs, other cats, and birds from the balcony. We’re all very happy here!
It's only now that I've seen the reviews, and I understand why I had such a bad experience with these people. I completely agree that they're a fraud and they leave time without communicating or saying anything, they just let time pass so they don't return money. They should be more aware and not play with people's time and money. I thought they were honest people, but they didn't know how to do their job, since it's a business providing a service, and it's not free. Zero stars.
I’ve had such a wonderful experience living at El Cordova Apartments! The property is always well-maintained, and the amenities like the resort-style pool and fitness center make it feel like a true community.
